Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

We charge actual shipping costs. We strive to have items to you within two weeks for domestic and three for foreign orders. Some items maybe shipped separately.

RETURN POLICIES: Please be sure to carefully inspect your products prior to use. Our policies for returns are as follows:

Defective products: If you should receive a defective product, please call or e-mail us within 7 days of receipt of your order! We stand behind our products and will ensure the product you receive meets the descriptions and promises made on this site. If we determine that the item is not defective after it has been returned the transaction will be treated as an exchange with all applicable shipping fees to be paid by the buyer.

Returns/exchanges Within 21 days of receipt of your order, you may return products and will be credited the purchase price (less shipping) less 15% restocking fee. In the event you would like to exchange due to reasons other than defect, please note that our 15% restocking fee will be waived. However, you will be responsible for shipping fees. Exchanges must be made within 21 days of receipt of the original item.

Returns must include original receipt, any warranty documentation (uncompleted), and the original packing materials, box, and/or tags.

Items refused or marked return to sender, without prior approval, are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
